What are they celebrating?

Those of you click those links to the Washington Post website will see innumerable Toyota ads, displaying the 2004 Prius. Next to that image, in big letters: “HELP CELEBRATE WITH SPECIAL SAVINGS!”
Hmm. I really doubt that there are special savings to be had on a car that has a 9 month waiting list.
