I miss Gene alot.
I miss talking to him about the smallest things. The latest Apple Computer product, the idiot at the furniture store today, the fact that I am sitting in my chair at 12:17am on a Sunday morning watching “Un*Ex” (Unexplained Mysteries) where people are swearing that the government told them a UFO was simply car headlights coming toward them on the road.
I hate it when he travels and I don’t feel comfortable waking him up at 3:17am his time to simply ask him if he watched the “Judging Amy” from 2 weeks ago–knowing that I just watched it tonite cos I have TiVo and was lazy enough not to watch it until now..
I miss my friend.
