Clean out your medicine cabinet

First Vioxx, then Celebrex, and now Aleve.
Why is it that suddenly these drugs are found to cause heart attacks and stroke? Are they just now getting around to studying the drugs, which have been on the market for years?
Shouldn’t these things be studied before the drug is approved?
