The latest bizarre time-waster being introduced in the Virginia General Assembly? New legislation has been introduced banning the playing of pornographic DVDs in cars.

Hmm. I think that our delegates should be forced to have a cut in salary for every bill that is introduced. Maybe that would curb their enthusiasm for wasting time.
