So, within three years Microsoft believes they will have a coffee table-sized touch device in our living rooms. It will be “thinner” but still works with cameras, like a 1920s vision of the future built like a Rube Goldberg contraption. Meanwhile, in three years, everyone in the house will have an iPad, and will be using it everywhere in (and outside of) the house, not just in front of the couch. Seriously.
