Let me get this straight: the driver of this car, being of little brain, looked directly at the eclipse with her naked eye — something we all know one should never do — and she did it WHILE DRIVING. Then, temporarily blinded, she struck a mother and daughter in the crosswalk.
But wait — this is not the outrageous part. Turns out that the police DID NOT CHARGE HER WITH A CRIME.
