The rumor is that our new baseball team — which people hoped would be named the Senators as a throwback to a happier time — will end up being the “Nationals.”
People are already making up jokes about swatting “nats.”
Take it from a guy named Eugene — you have to put more thoughts into names and their potential for being twisted into insults…
