This is misleading in that, I assume, it is talking about national mandates. Most employers do offer paid annual leave (I’ve never not had paid annual leave except when I worked part time), paid maternity leave is the law in some states, and I have no clue what “Time off each week” is referring to — do they mean for those people who work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week?
