Just As I Thought

There’s a reason it’s called Sci FI

The Sci Fi Channel, making some strange bid for publicity, I suppose, is suing NASA. Ready for this?

December 9, 2003 — LAWYERS backed by the SCI FI Channel slapped NASA with a lawsuit today, alleging that the space agency is part of a conspiracy to cover up a 38-year-old UFO incident.

The suit is seeking disclosure and the full release of agency records pertaining to the famed 1965 UFO incident in Kecksburg, Pa.

The suit was filed in U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia about a month after NASA released a handful of documents that were allegedly related to the incident to the D.C.-based Coalition for Freedom of Information.

NASA officials declined to comment.
