With his popularity at an all-time low and his house of cards beginning to quiver around him, I’ll willing to bet dollars to donuts (I love that phrase) that today, George W. Bush will find many ways to speak about the fourth anniversary of the terrorist attacks… and find ways to connect them to Hurricane Katrina. As the luckiest man in the nation, he was handed an anniversary just after an national catastrophe — watch him make the most of it.
