Will this mean less junk mail?

At dinner tonight, I had Shanghai Street Dumplings.
When I ordered, I felt like I was asking for a couple of cheap Chinese hookers.

I guess that high income, sales, and property taxes combined with high user fees on almost everything is not enough -- California also has to double-charge (read: defraud) citizens as well.
