There are three television shows that I have been dying to get on DVD, and by next spring, all three will finally have been released — after interminable waits and amid clamoring from fans, we’ll soon see:
- St. Elsewhere this month. Note about the cover art for this DVD: Denzel Washington has the largest photo, making it look for all the world as if he is the main character. Meanwhile, the star of the show, William Daniels, is relegated to the rear with a small photo.
- Police Squad! coming this Tuesday — I love that Amazon.com lists “Rex Hamilton” as a member of the cast…
- and finally… Picket Fences, coming February 2007!
