Interesting: this post that rails against Apple’s skeumorphism ends up doing the opposite. Every interface they present as an alternative to Apple’s is either too confusing, doesn’t communicate what it does, or is so complicated you’ll need a manual. When put side by side with other interfaces, Apple’s derided skeumorphism looks simple, obvious and easy to use.
