Confused photocopiers randomly rewriting scanned documents

Broad daylight, middle of the day, some guy is going thru my neighbor’s recycling bin for bottles. I don’t know why this bothers me so much.

Today I desperately need to get up to date on Engrish, People of Walmart, and Failblog. I feel so out of touch with today’s memes.
