I’m back from Las Vegas (more on this later). I was astounded to find that the snow is still on the ground here in DC, and some roads are icy… can’t they come up with some kind of chemical or particle that can be mixed into asphalt and concrete to keep streets from freezing? What happened to better living through chemistry?
I’ll put up some Vegas photos soon. It was kind of fun gambling away my weekend, but I have to admit that I would have had a much better time if I’d have had someone to share it with. Especially the part where I got beamed up to the U.S.S. Enterprise. ::grin::
