Oh, that Comedy Central.
The BBC presented a one-off Christmas special of Absolutely Fabulous in 2002, and now Comedy Central will broadcast it this Saturday.
The title of this episode (in Britain, anyway) was “Gay.”
Comedy Central has renamed it “Absolutely Fabulous in New York.”
Was this an attempt to curry favor with homophobes? Were they scared that the title would turn people off?
Who the hell do they think WATCH AbFab?
BTW, the title refers to… wait for it… the mysterious Serge!
