I just saw a commercial for Papa John’s PIzza, in which they made this claim: “Cheese made with 100% mozzarella.”
Huh? You’d expect them to say something like “our pizza is made with 100% mozzarella,” not “CHEESE MADE WITH…” This sounds to me like they are using some kind of processed “cheese product” on their pizzas which includes mozzarella somewhere in it. Am I just being too cynical here, or does it sound like some kind of legalese shorthand saying they don’t have pure mozzarella on your pizza? What kind of horrible society has caused me to dissect every commercial to find the loopholes?
