Tonight’s episode of Will and Grace was a tiny little mini-episode that started late and ended early. It was part 2 of a 2-parter, so I can only assume that it was made as a 1 part “supersized” episode and then hacked in half to make 2 short episodes. Here’s how it timed out:

For those of you counting at home, the episode was only 18 minutes long exclusive of last episode recap. Between the time the show began and the time the next show started, there were 9 minutes of commercials. That’s half again as long as the show itself.
Watching it was like drinking one of those 6 oz. glasses of orange juice you get in hotel restaurants. Expensive but unsatisfying.
