First, I though Bush said he would wait until after the election to name a CIA chief?
Second, this guy Goss is a big Bush booster (of course), and as such, he’s got his nose way up there — it seems to me that in this day and age having a CIA chief that simply rubberstamps what the president wants is the wrong solution. We’ve seen what happens when the CIA only gives the White House what it wants to hear.
