- Colorado Center, Santa Monica, CA
- One Virginia Square, Arlington, VA
- Centerside I, San Diego, CA
- Westlake North Business Park II & III, Westlake Village, CA
And the only property I’ve actually heard of: Mazza Gallerie in Washington, DC.
Luckily, as one of many hundreds of thousands (if not millions) of owners through my retirement fund, I’m not solely responsible for the mortgages.
