I purchased the coolest software today — Delicious Library, a cataloging program for books, music, and movies. The killer part of this app is the ability to use my iSight camera to scan barcodes: scan the code, and the app retrieves the information from Amazon, including images.
It could use a few tweaks, such as more control over reports. I generated a report of my DVDs, and ended up with an enormous text file including every bit of information about the titles… far more than necessary. But it did allow me to create a nicely formatted table of my DVD collection. Wanna see it?

  • Awesome! I’ve been eyeing Delicious Library for a while now. (My DVD collection is rather small, so I’d be using it more for books.)
