Just As I Thought

A little encouragement

I just wanted to share this evidence with you before I make my way to the airport.
Whenever I fly, I get annoyed at having to undress before going through security. Every time, I tell the TSA people that their employer says I don’t have to take my shoes off. But they never seemed to get that message, they just robotically make everyone take off their footwear and hold up the queue.
Here’s what the TSA website says:

You are NOT REQUIRED to remove your shoes before you enter the walk-through metal detector. However, TSA screeners may encourage you to remove them before entering the metal detector as many types of footwear will require additional screening even if the metal detector DOES NOT alarm.

They even put it in bold, all caps.
So, why do the screeners force everyone to take off their shoes?
What a boondoggle all this security is.
