No wonder I’m a big fat pig: I just discovered that the Outback Steak House cheese fries — which I love and typically get, oh, once every other month — contain 2,900 calories and 182 grams of fat.
Oh. My. GOD.
I can never have Aussie Cheese Fries again.
Synchronicity again. I had just posted on my blog about the discovery we made about the nutritional information of the items at Baja Fresh. I can never again have the chicken nachos there, formerly my favorite thing on their menu.
I only have them once a year (my birthday) so I guess I’m ok.
While calorie count is important, exersize is MORE important.
Aerobic exersize, raise your metabolic rate and you can still have your cheese fries on occasion.
Or bring a friend and split the fries.
Now their 1,450 calories and 91 grams of fat.
Most Americans don’t eat too much, they exersize too little.
