Now the Pope has declared his support for “intelligent design” — surprise, surprise — which just points out with even sharper relief the goal here: to repackage creationism with a new name. I have one little question.
Do they teach “intelligent design” in science classes in Rome? I’m curious, one never reads about the curriculum in other countries, aside from madrasas in fundamentalist Muslim countries.
So, are we the only nation that is so backward, or are other countries sliding back 400 years as well?
