For the last week or so, my webserver has been about as fast as a box turtle with a migraine, especially in serving images. I have no idea what’s causing this, nothing has changed in the settings, and my mail and other services as the same speed as always. Anyone with any knowledge of MacOS X Server have any ideas?
Meanwhile, I know the site is slow, but keep those hits coming — as of the moment I am writing this, my blog home page has had 957,252 pageviews for the year, and I’m crossing my fingers for a million by December 31st. All these eyeballs, and I’ve only made 47¢ from the Google ad. I think that will be going away shortly, what do you say?
