Maybe he’s undercover for the OSI

I am only here to point out this sort of thing for you.
Isaiah Washington, the actor from “Grey’s Anatomy” who I never heard of until he started calling people “faggot,” was fired from that show eventually. Now he’s backtracked on his original apology and is claiming that he was set up because he is black.
First off, I’m sick and tired of people not taking responsibility for their own behavior, especially when they try to claim they are being persecuted because they are gay, because they are black, because they are left handed. This is like Marion Barry, smoking crack in a hotel room, complaining that he was targeted because he is black… not because he smoked crack and was the mayor of the national capital.
Anyway.
As I said, I never heard of this guy before this all started, I can only assume that he wasn’t such a famous actor or anything. He only became fodder for the celebrity mill after he called a co-worker “faggot.” Of course, perhaps he planned it this way because he’s arguably far more famous now.
Here’s the point I was planning on making at the beginning of this rant: Isaiah Washington has been cast on the remake of “The Bionic Woman” for this fall. This is another instance of “what were they thinking?” by network executives. Who in the hell do they think the audience for “The Bionic Woman” will be? Homophobic guys who feel that they’re being held back by The Man?
Have you ever met a male “Bionic Woman” fan who wasn’t gay?
I predict a crash and burn for this show. And we don’t have the technology to rebuild her.
