First I froze ‘cos I sit right under an air vent. Now I’m deaf cos my cubicle is right under the fire alarm being tested for 2 minutes.

Now comes the difficult “I’m hungry, have nothing in, & can’t cook” moment that ends in “onald’s”, gaining 2 pounds of fat & cholesterol.

Got a salad at Quizno’s that I thought might be somewhat healthful. Turns out it had 1,090 calories and 23g of saturated fat. Surprise!
