I’m at my desk by 8am, but FedEx can’t manage to open until 8:30. So much for “drop off on the way to work.” FedEx ≠ efficiency.

I don’t think @comcastcares – for the 3rd time in as many months, their residential guys have disconnected my business connection. WTF?!?!
