“More affordable?!” They’re renting for $1500! That’s about $7/square foot. Even at the inflated half-a-million-dollar price of my small bungalow, I’m only paying $3/square foot, and that doesn’t even count my garage, driveway, front and back yards.
Also, TWO PEOPLE are expected in live in that. Wow.
