Possibly the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. And I’m talking about religion, so that’s saying something. Basically, “A gay man can be a bishop provided they are in a committed relationship recognized by the government but not the church, and aren’t having sex with anyone, including their partner.”
Sorry, but… aha? Do heterosexual bishops have to be married to a women whom they are not allowed to have sex with?
