From the archives: San Jose library’s bungled banner says ‘circumcision,’ not ‘welcome’

Yet another person, strangely, has posted a comment on my entry about Ground Force America, thinking that they were corresponding with the BBC.
That makes a total of 9 people who can’t figure it out.
