AP: Chavez Wasted His Money on Healthcare When He Could Have Built Gigantic Skyscrapers

Yet another person, strangely, has posted a comment on my entry about Ground Force America, thinking that they were corresponding with the BBC.
That makes a total of 9 people who can’t figure it out.
Weird.

Seems to me that this is tacit admission that they are doing something illegal – or are at least thinking about doing it.
