Throwing up Latin signs in the station

A train station in Wallsend, UK is posting signs in English and Latin as a way of calling attention to their ancient history, according to the Guardian newspaper. But the sign for the “way out” has been translated thusly:

Users of an underground railway station will be directed to the vomitorium (way out) as they leave from tomorrow in an attempt to bring history to life and help a bid by a city and a town for new cultural status.
