Remember the 48 Hour Film Festival? (Look here, here, here, here, here, here, and here.) Well, our team is now involved in the national competition. We started last night, and we finish up sometime tomorrow. I’ll post the new film sometime Monday if I get a chance.
We spent last night brainstorming the film (we were assigned the genre “mockumentary”) and finally settled on a basic story, and today was taken up with filming. By the end of the night we had all the footage in the can and a wonderful (and hilarious) original song scored and recorded. Tomorrow it all comes together with editing, sound, and graphics.
I won’t say any more, since there are some 80 competitors out there right now… but I think you’ll enjoy it! More later – gotta get some sleep, desperately…
