Dextrose season

Oh, wow — my favorite event of the year is when the grocery store clears out the Valentine’s candy and starts stocking for Easter. That happened today, and I gleefully picked up 4 bags of my all-time favorite candy ever… SweeTarts Jelly Beans, the most incredible bean ever to be polished with carnauba wax.

I’ll have to stock up on these like I did last year… although the dozen bags I bought last year only lasted 6 months, so it’s time for a shopping spree. And perhaps stocking up on insulin might be a good idea, too.
