What does the pink ribbon mean to me? It means a realization that happened to me more than five years ago — that breast cancer has touched the lives of some very brave, strong, and beautiful women I know, friends and family. That I honor their amazing strength and revel in their triumphs; and won’t ever forget the one who battled against desperate odds with grace, humor and beauty to the end.
