“Operation Iraqi Freedom – Target: Iraq – A Special Edition of NBC Nightly News.” There was another tagline in there somewhere that I forgot. Now, is it just me, or does this sound like one of those “very special episodes” of some NBC drama program?
Another point here: NBC Nightly News is on every night at the same time. It has the same anchor as always. The same reporters are reporting, the set is the same, and so are the graphics, the commercial breaks, and the stories.
So, what’s so special about it?
