Just about everything the Bush administration does is calculated to the nth degree of politics, and thus the taxpayer is footing the bill for his campaign. Up until now, there’s been plausible explanations — flying out to a fundraiser but also spending 15 minutes at a wreath laying somewhere, thus charging taxpayers for the trip. But now, Boing Boing points out a more blatant display of this phenomenon:
