I guess the reason I won’t ever be a huge business success is that I simply don’t have the kind of gall it takes.
For instance, when I got my plasma TV, I created a DVD that has screen savers and colors on it, to condition the screen and keep it from burning in. It took me less than an hour and cost me about 50¢.
Now, you can buy a DVD that does nothing more than display solid colors on your set… for $35 plus shipping.
That’s right, for $29 you can buy a full length, big budget film with surround sound and extras, and for $35 you can purchase a DVD that displays eight solid colors.
I think I should be selling my 6 colors and 6 screen savers DVD for $45.
Um, you should.
Just because someone marketed an inferior product before you put our a better one doesn’t mean you can’t still get in the game. As a matter of fact you can use their inferiority as a selling tool.
Do a quick web page with PayPal, see where it goes, if all’s well- expand.
Let’s face it, there’s very little work involved and it’s not like there’s any overhead.
Give it a try. I’d buy one.
