Now, we all know that George W. Bush is a spectacularly uninformed person — he doesn’t read the papers or watch the news, he only seems to know what he is told. So, it’s hardly surprising that, as millions are in dire straits, criminals roam New Orleans, and possibly thousands are dead in the Mississippi delta region, he said:
In our judgment, we view this storm as a temporary disruption that is being addressed by the government and by the private sector.
That says a lot about “their” judgement, doesn’t it?
