The Bay Area is hazy today. In San Jose this is unusual, the skies are usually clear here with a little smog now and then; but today there’s haze everywhere you look because of two big fires. One is south of here a little ways, the other is more than 200 miles to the northeast. Both are covering us with smoke and particulates that made the sunrise red.
