I just, simply, liked everything I saw Ossie Davis do. He was a great actor, and a great civil rights activist.
He died today at age 87. Too soon.

One of the few (very few) actors on my list where I like just about everything they do. I can only recall one movie with Ossie I didn’t like (Elvis something) The rest were top notch and I’ll forgive anybody for one bad movie.
Always better than his peers I wish he had gotten more respect than he did.
