Just As I Thought

The story can be told

The paperwork is all signed, the transaction is over, and since it’s now a matter of public record, I’ll disclose a little information.
My tiny little townhouse, which I bought for $131,000 in 1998, sold 7 years later for an astounding $428,500.
I’m bewildered, astonished, and feeling ever so much better about all the renovations I did before selling.
And I’m not worried about being poor in California, that’s for sure.
