Once again, we had an earthquake and I seem to have missed it. This one was about an hour ago, a 3.7 about 24 miles away.
I think that I may have heard it, there was a sort of boom about an hour ago and I laid here in bed half awake imagining that it was an earthquake, wondering if that slight vibration I felt was real or in my mind. I began to rationalize it as just the furnace turning on, as construction noise from the condos being built a few blocks away or the train going by behind that, or an airplane taking off behind that.
Who knows, maybe I did feel it?
When you have a tornado, a hurricane, or a big storm, there’s no question whether you felt it or not.
When there’s a real earthquake, don’t worry, you’ll know it.
