The paperwork is all signed, the transaction is over, and since it’s now a matter of public record, I’ll disclose a little information.
My tiny little townhouse, which I bought for $131,000 in 1998, sold 7 years later for an astounding $428,500.
I’m bewildered, astonished, and feeling ever so much better about all the renovations I did before selling.
And I’m not worried about being poor in California, that’s for sure.
After reading this I’d have to say that the moving and car company fiascos really seem pretty tiny at this point. Gotta keep things in perspective….
